Shipping Policy

Orders ship from FlutterWing Studio in Chengdu, China.

Shipping to the United States is available at checkout. Standard tracked US shipping is included in the product price unless a different service is shown at checkout.

Customers in the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand must contact us before ordering. We will confirm the available shipping route, product or battery restrictions, delivery estimate, and shipping cost, then send a secure USD Shopify invoice. We do not publish a standard international rate because carrier availability and restrictions vary by destination and product configuration.

DIY materials kits and premium DIY kits are made to order and normally dispatch in 7-10 business days. Complete bionic butterflies normally dispatch in 10-15 business days because they require additional assembly and testing.

After an order ships, we will send tracking information by email. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or address issues.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and local compliance requirements may apply. Unless expressly included in the written shipping quote, these charges and responsibilities belong to the customer.

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate before payment. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you about reshipment costs and options.

If your package arrives damaged or parts are missing, contact us through the Contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the shipping label and packaging, and clear photos or video of the issue. Do not discard the packaging until we reply.
