Is this a toy?

No. FlutterWing products are functional remote-control flying products designed for users ages 14 and older. They contain small parts and powered components and are not intended for young children.

What is the difference between the three products?

The DIY Materials Kit is the accessible core build. The Premium DIY Kit adds the FlySky i6X and a fuller documented component package. Both kits become controllable flying butterflies after correct assembly and setup. The Complete Bionic Butterfly arrives assembled, configured, and tested and operates after installation of the required batteries.

How long does the DIY build take?

Build time varies by experience, tool familiarity, fitting, calibration, and the selected configuration. The time shown on the product comparison is an estimate rather than a guarantee.

Does it include batteries?

The products use powered components and require compatible batteries. Battery inclusion and shipping method may vary by destination and product configuration. Use only the battery type and voltage confirmed for your configuration by FlutterWing Studio support.

Where does it ship?

Shipping to the United States is available at checkout. Customers in the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand must contact us before ordering. We will confirm shipping restrictions, delivery timing, and cost, then send a secure USD Shopify invoice.

What if a part is missing or damaged?

Stop assembly or operation and contact support with your order number, packaging photos, and clear photos or video of the issue. Support will help identify the problem and arrange the appropriate replacement, repair, or refund remedy.
