Shipping to the United States is available at checkout. Standard tracked US shipping is included in the product price unless a different service is shown at checkout.

Customers in the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand must contact us before ordering. We will confirm shipping restrictions, delivery timing, and cost, then send a secure USD Shopify invoice. International shipping is quoted individually because carrier availability, battery restrictions, and customs requirements vary by destination and product configuration.

DIY kits are prepared for dispatch in 7-10 business days after payment. Complete bionic butterflies are made to order and prepared for dispatch in 10-15 business days.

Each order is checked and packed before dispatch. Tracking information will be sent by email after shipment. Delivery times begin after dispatch and remain estimates.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and local compliance requirements may apply. Unless expressly included in the written quote, these charges and responsibilities belong to the customer.
