Free standard shipping to five countries

Order directly in USD with free standard tracked shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. No minimum order or prior consultation is required. No additional standard shipping fee is charged at checkout for these destinations.

We review the delivery address and battery shipping requirements before dispatch. If we cannot arrange delivery, we will contact you and provide a full refund, including for handmade-to-order products.

Other destinations

For destinations outside these five countries, including the United Arab Emirates, please contact us before ordering. We will confirm carrier availability, battery restrictions, delivery timing, and cost before sending a secure USD Shopify invoice.

Estimated delivery and tracking

For all destinations we can serve, our provisional delivery estimate is 8-15 calendar days from payment, including preparation and transit. This is not a guaranteed arrival date. Customs, remote locations, battery shipping restrictions and carrier delays may extend delivery. We will contact you if we expect a delay.

Each order is checked and packed before dispatch. Tracking information will be sent by email after shipment. The total estimate above already includes preparation time; it is not an additional 8-15 days after dispatch. Weather, holidays or address issues can also affect arrival.

Import charges and address details

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and local compliance requirements may apply. Unless expressly included in the written quote, these charges and responsibilities belong to the customer.
