Returns & Refunds

FlutterWing Studio products are handmade-to-order remote-control bionic butterfly DIY kits and assembled flying products.

Because each item is prepared or customized for the customer, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or other non-quality reasons where permitted by applicable law. Products that have been soldered, modified, assembled, test-flown, or used cannot be returned for non-quality reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or materially defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the shipping label and packaging, and clear photos or video of the issue. Do not discard packaging or continue assembly until we reply.

Depending on the verified issue, we may provide replacement parts, repair guidance, a replacement item, or a refund. Missing parts are normally handled by sending the missing or replacement components.

Orders may be cancelled before preparation or customization begins. Once preparation has started or an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled for a non-quality reason.
